Disconnecting TikTok and deleting your account

How to remove OLO’s access to TikTok and how to delete your account completely.

Disconnecting a TikTok account

  1. In OLO, open “TikTok accounts”.
  2. Press “Disconnect” next to the account and confirm.
  3. OLO deletes the tokens, cancels the posts scheduled on that account and asks TikTok to revoke access.

You can also remove access from the TikTok app: Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → OLO → Remove access.

Deleting your OLO account

Go to Settings → Delete account (with your password). We delete the account, connected TikTok accounts, posts, videos and API keys. Before that, you can download your data from Settings → Download my data.
