Terms of Service

1. Who we are

OLO (olo.ro) is operated by SND Team SRL, Romania (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@olo.ro.

These terms apply to the website olo.ro and to the OLO web application (together, “OLO” or “the service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

2. What OLO does

OLO is a web application that helps creators, businesses and agencies plan and publish short videos to TikTok. You upload a video, choose a connected TikTok account, choose the settings TikTok asks for (who can view the video, comments, Duet, Stitch, commercial content disclosure) and either post it right away, schedule it for a time you pick, or send it to the TikTok app as a draft. OLO then shows you the status of each post.

OLO uses TikTok’s official Login Kit and Content Posting API. It does not use browser automation and never asks for your TikTok password. TikTok is a registered trademark of ByteDance; OLO is an independent product and is not part of TikTok.

3. Your OLO account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use OLO for a company, you confirm you may act on its behalf.
• Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person or organisation may hold several accounts only if there is a real reason (for example, separate businesses).

4. Connecting TikTok accounts

• You connect a TikTok account on TikTok’s own authorization page. You may only connect accounts that you own or that you are authorised to manage.
• When you use OLO with TikTok, you must also follow TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for commercial content, the Branded Content Policy.
• OLO acts only on your instructions: a video is posted only after you choose its settings and press the button that posts, schedules or sends it as a draft.
• You can disconnect an account at any time in OLO (TikTok accounts → Disconnect) or from the TikTok app. Scheduled posts for that account are then canceled.
• TikTok decides what its API allows (for example, daily posting limits, video length, or private-only posting until an app passes TikTok’s audit). We show these limits in OLO but cannot change them.

5. Agencies and teams

If you manage TikTok accounts for clients, you confirm that each client has authorised you to publish on their behalf and that the account owner (or you, with their permission) authorised OLO on TikTok’s page. You remain responsible towards your clients for what you publish.

6. Your content

• Videos, captions and other material you upload remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content temporarily, process it and send it to TikTok when and how you instruct.
• You confirm that you hold all rights to what you publish, including music, footage, trademarks and the consent of people who appear in your videos.
• If a video promotes a brand, product or service, you must turn on the commercial content disclosure and pick the right option. OLO shows you the label TikTok will add.
• We do not review your content before it is posted and we do not add watermarks or promotional text to it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use OLO to:

• publish illegal content, content that infringes others’ rights, or content that breaks TikTok’s rules;
• send spam, copy content from other people or platforms without the right to do so, or post to accounts you are not authorised to manage;
• try to bypass TikTok’s or OLO’s limits, access other users’ data, overload the service, or reverse engineer it;
• resell or sublicense OLO without our written agreement.

8. Price

OLO is free during the launch period. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them by email and on the website at least 30 days in advance. You stay on the free plan until you choose a paid one. We never charge you automatically.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep OLO available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. TikTok can change or limit its API at any time, which may affect OLO. We may add, change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what you can do, we will tell you in advance.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or reach), for decisions TikTok takes about your account or content, or for content you publish. Our total liability towards you for any claim related to OLO is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event or, if you paid nothing, to 250 lei. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

11. Suspension and closing your account

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users or the service at risk. Where possible, we tell you first and explain why.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by email or in OLO at least 15 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to solve any complaint amicably first; write to contact@olo.ro. Disputes go to the competent courts at our registered office, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live. Consumers in Romania can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
