Frequently asked questions

TikTok audits every new app. Until OLO passes the audit, TikTok only lets OLO post private videos (“Only me”). You can make them public from the TikTok app. We will update this page when the limit is lifted.

No. When you connect an account, we send you to TikTok’s own page. You sign in there and tap Authorize. OLO only receives permission to post, never your password.

Your regular TikTok account works, personal or business. Before each post OLO asks TikTok what your account allows (who can view the video, maximum length) and only shows valid options.

TikTok does not expose its sound library through the API. If you want a trending sound, choose “Send as draft”: the video lands in your TikTok app notifications, you add the sound and post from there.

MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 1 GB. TikTok expects 360 to 4096 pixels per side and 23-60 frames per second. The maximum length depends on the account and we show it when you pick the account.

A video stays on our server only as long as needed to post it. We delete it 7 days after it is posted or sent as a draft. An uploaded video that is never used is also deleted after 7 days.

The post turns red and shows the reason TikTok gave, in plain words. Fix what needs fixing and press Try again.

Go to TikTok accounts → Disconnect. OLO deletes the tokens and asks TikTok to revoke access. You can also remove access from the TikTok app, under security settings, in the list of apps with access.

Settings → Delete account. We delete the account, connected TikTok accounts, posts and videos. We keep no copies.
