You delete your OLO account yourself from Settings, in seconds. We delete everything: the account, connected TikTok accounts, posts, videos and API keys. You can also remove TikTok access separately, any time.
1. Deleting your OLO account
- Log in to OLO and open Settings.
- Optional: press Download my data to keep a copy (JSON file).
- Under Delete account, type your password and press Delete account.
Deleted immediately: the account, connected TikTok accounts (with their tokens, after we ask TikTok to revoke access), the post history, videos on our server, API keys and sessions. The technical log keeps only a note that an account was deleted, without your email, and it disappears automatically after 180 days. Database backups, where they exist, are overwritten within 30 days.
Videos already published on TikTok stay on TikTok: you delete them in the TikTok app.
2. Disconnecting a TikTok account (without deleting your OLO account)
- In OLO: TikTok accounts → Disconnect.
- In the TikTok app: Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → OLO → Remove access.
Either way, OLO can no longer post to the account or read anything from it. We delete the TikTok account data from OLO on disconnection.
3. If you no longer have access to your OLO account
Write to us from the account’s email address at contact@olo.ro with the subject “OLO account deletion”. We confirm the address is yours and delete the account within 30 days (usually the same day).
4. Your rights
Besides deletion, you have the right to access and correct your data, receive it in a portable format and object to processing. Details in the Privacy Policy.
