In short
Through OLO you publish your own content, to accounts you have the right to use, following the law and TikTok’s rules. This policy is part of the OLO Terms of Service.
1. Allowed content
Your original videos, or videos for which you hold all rights: footage, music, voices, trademarks and the consent of people who appear. For content that promotes a brand, product or service, turn on the commercial content disclosure.
2. Prohibited content
- illegal content: incitement to violence or hatred, child exploitation, terrorism, fraud;
- content that infringes others’ rights: music, films or videos copied without a licence, trademarks used without permission;
- other people’s personal data published without their consent;
- spam: the same video posted in bulk, misleading captions, clickbait;
- content that breaks the TikTok Community Guidelines or the Branded Content Policy.
3. Prohibited use of the service
- connecting TikTok accounts you are not entitled to manage;
- automatically copying content from other platforms to TikTok;
- bypassing TikTok’s or OLO’s limits, trying to access other users’ data, overloading the servers;
- reselling access to OLO or to the TikTok API without our written agreement.
4. What we do when the rules are broken
We may cancel scheduled posts, suspend or close the account. Where possible we tell you first and explain why. At the request of authorities or TikTok, we cooperate as the law requires.
5. Report a problem
If you see abuse made through OLO, write to contact@olo.ro with the link and a short description.
